Popcorn Balls

- Popcorn Air Popper
Ingredients
- 1 cup Sugar
- 1 cup Butter
- ½ cup Corn Syrup
- ½ cup Honey
- 8 oz Marshmallows
- 6 qt popped popcorn
Instructions
- Mix sugar, butter, corn syrup and honey in large pan. Cook to soft ball stage, about 234°F to 240°F. Use a candy thermometer to tell. Remove from heat. Add marshmallows. Stir until melted. Pour over popcorn. Spoon on to wax paper. When slightly cooled, roll into balls. Pam Spray or butter on hands helps it to not stick. Store in plastic sandwich bags.
