As farmers I feel like many times we are the epitome of eating like crap, as in the most unhealthy, not nutritious foods. You know the lunch box with Mountain Dew and Cheetos, maybe even a Comsic Brownie or two.
But here we are trying to get the general public to see how healthy our products are. So let’s try and back that up by filling our lunch boxes and break room fridges with nutritious, quality foods.
*Here’s the disclaimer: I am not a nutritionist or dietician. I am farm wife looking to live a good quality life by feeding my body, and my family’s, nutritious foods.
